What we collect

• Your email address — used to send your magic-link login and account email like the monthly transit forecast.
• Birth date, birth time, and birth location — used once to compute your astronomical chart placements, then stored so we can regenerate the same chart for you later.
• The five short answers about where you are in your life right now — used to personalize your written reading.
• Usage information — pages you view, time on page, the kind of basic product analytics every online service collects. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider that supports identified-only person profiles.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

We use your data to compute your chart, generate your reading, send you the account email you signed up for, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your information. We do not use your birth details or life context to advertise to you. We do not share your reading with anyone.

Subprocessors

To run the service we rely on a small set of industry-standard providers covering: cloud database and storage, AI inference (with zero-retention agreements where available), application hosting, payment processing, transactional email, and privacy-respecting product analytics. Your rights

• You can edit your birth details and life context anytime from your account settings.
• You can download your reading as a PDF anytime.
• You can delete your account, which hard-deletes all personally identifying information within thirty days.
• You can email us for a copy of the data we hold about you. We will reply within thirty days.
• If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR rights to access, rectification, erasure, and portability apply.

Children

My Cosmic Self is not for anyone under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, email my-cosmic-self-support@botitout.com and we will delete the account.
